eenvoice is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to create, manage, and send invoices, organize vendor and client information, and track invoice payments.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. By using eenvoice, you represent that you meet these requirements.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
eenvoice offers subscription plans billed on a daily, monthly, or yearly basis. All plans include the same invoicing features; pricing varies by billing frequency.
Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of invoices and data you create using eenvoice.
All user data is hosted on Base44, a third-party cloud infrastructure provider. While we implement reasonable safeguards, you acknowledge that no system is entirely secure.
eenvoice is not responsible for data loss caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
All content, software, trademarks, and materials provided by eenvoice are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the data and content you upload ("User Content"). By using the Services, you grant eenvoice a limited license to host, store, and process User Content solely to provide the Services.
The Services may integrate with third-party services (including Stripe). We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or content.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
We strive to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend or modify the Services for maintenance, updates, or operational reasons.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, access to the Services may be limited or discontinued.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, eenvoice shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to eenvoice in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eenvoice from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
